Migrate OneDrive to Another User | Migrate OneDrive to Another Account
Let's say someone separates from the company. A new employee is hired and a new account is created.
Here's how to migrate the OneDrive to the New Account in the admin.microsoft.com:
- -give permissions to the new account to access the old account:
- go to: https://admin.microsoft.com
- click ADMIN-CENTERS > SHAREPOINT
- click USER-PROFILES > OPEN
- click MANAGE-USER-PROFILES
- type the name of the old account > click FIND.
- click the account name > MANAGE-SITE-COLLECTION-OWNERS

- -click on the username > OneDrive tab > “Create the link to files"
- -select folders and MOVE-TO.
