Setup
-download tftpd: https://pjo2.github.io/tftpd64/
-download the firmware: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ca/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=4cv7v
-unzip both.
-start tftpd.
-change the tftpd "Current Directory" to the firmware files directory.
Connect to Switch
-connect to cmc web.
-enable ssh on cmc: NETWORK > SERVICES > find "SSH Configuration" > checkmark ENABLE > click APPLY (at the bottom).
-connect to cmc ssh.
-login to cmc (same creds as web).
-type:
connect switch
Upgrade the BOOT (.rfb) and IMAGE (.ros)
-login to switch.
-type:
show version
copy tftp://192.168.26.51/R2210_boot-2001.rfb boot
(change the address to where )
show version
show bootvar
copy tftp://192.168.26.51/r2210-20085.ros image
show bootvar
boot system image-2
reload
