fciv (outdated from 2004)
fciv -md5 d:\programs\setup.execertutil (built into Windows)
CertUtil -hashfile C:\TEMP\MyDataFile.img MD5
get-filehash (built into PowerShell v4 and higher)
get-filehash -algorithm md5 <file_to_check>
other tools
There are other tools out there but I prefer to stick with what's built into the OS and released/blessed from the OS author.
