TDSSI ran into 3 TDSSvirus infections yesterday. All at separate locations. This is despite the computers having antivirus up and running.
The only tools that I know of to get rid of TDSS infections are:
- DR Web
- TDSS Killer
- and reportedly Hitman Pro will work too but I've never used it.
TDSS REMOVAL STEP 1
- -Boot into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING
- -Download Dr Web from above.
- -Close out of everything.
- -Run the program.
TDSS REMOVAL STEP 2
- -Stay in SAFE MODE
- -Download TDSS Killer from above.
- -Close out of everything.
- -Run the program.
